More Meals To Be Distributed During Alexandria City Public Schools Shutdown

Students attending schools within the Alexandria City Public School System will receive more meals during the shutdown of schools amid coronavirus outbreak. Starting March 23 2020 students will be provided with two days worth of breakfast and lunch meals on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Meals will include cold breakfast and lunch with fresh fruits and vegetables, salads and sandwiches for multiple days. Parents can access these meal distributions at the following locations:
  • Williams Ramsey Elementary School
  • Francis C Hammond Middle School
  • Jefferson-Houston PreK-8 IB School
  • Cora Kelly School for Match, Science and Technology
Meals are provided free of charge to Alexandria City Public School students and no sign up is required.
