The 6th Annual Well Ray Festival hosted by the Del Ray Business Association will be held on June 22, 2019 from 9 am to 1 pm at Mount Vernon Ave Alexandria VA 22301. The festival will be include more than 75 health and lifestyle-inspired vendors with wellness and holistic health practitioners offering therapeutic massages, acupuncture, physical therapy consultations, chiropractic adjustments nutritional counseling, blood pressure screening, meditation, wellness coaching, energy work and more.
The festival will also feature free fitness classes, health demonstrations and exhibits. Patrons are required to bring their own mats, to participate in yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, Spin, Barre, dance classes and more all free of cost. Athletic wear from local clothing designers and boutiques will be available for purchase. All are invited to attend this free fitness festival as there are activities for everyone to enjoy.
