Formerly known as the old Glebe Park development, the newly constructed Alexandria Crossing is a townhouse community located between the Shops of Shirlington (on I-395) and the Shops of Potomac Yard (on Route 1). Of Alexandria Crossing’s 12 units, four are handicap-accessible and eight have regular accessibility. Units have two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms or three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All units come with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and other new appliannces. The larger bedrooms also feature a walk-in closet. In addition to beautiful exterior architecture, an outside security phone allows residents to buzz in guests.
