If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Meadowbranch.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Meadowbranch we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
