If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Limestone Court.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Limestone Court we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
