If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Freedom Manor.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Freedom Manor we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
