If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Steele.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Steele we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
