If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Marlow.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Marlow we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
