If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Blue Ridge Shadows.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Blue Ridge Shadows we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
