If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Marlow.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Marlow we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
