If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Manor Hill Estates.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Manor Hill Estates we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
