We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Features.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Features we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
