If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Painter.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Painter we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
