If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Buck Hill Development.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Buck Hill Development we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
