We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Features.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Features we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
