If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Keezletown.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Keezletown we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
