If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Potomac_club_condo.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Potomac_club_condo we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
