If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Park Center.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Park Center we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
