If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Marumsco_hills.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Marumsco_hills we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
