If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Dale City Addition.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Dale City Addition we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
