If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Cardinal_glen.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Cardinal_glen we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
