If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Cardinal Forest.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Cardinal Forest we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
