If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Willowbrook.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Willowbrook we will nail down the actual value of your rental.
