If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Powells_Landing.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Powells_Landing we will nail down the actual value of your rental.
