If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Marumsco_Acres.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Marumsco_Acres we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
