If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Elysian_Woods.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Elysian_Woods we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
