If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Brightwood_Forest.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Brightwood_Forest we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
