If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Stonewall_Manor.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Stonewall_Manor we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
