If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Evergreen Farm.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Evergreen Farm we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
