If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Sheffield Manor.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Sheffield Manor we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
