If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Dawkins_ridge.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Dawkins_ridge we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
