If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Westridge.
The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Westridge we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
