If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Metes Bounds.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Metes Bounds we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
