If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Villages Of Wellington.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Villages Of Wellington we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
