If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Lake Occoquan Shores.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Lake Occoquan Shores we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
