If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Jefferson Square.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Jefferson Square we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
