If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Hunters Ridge.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Hunters Ridge we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
