If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Deer Valley.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Deer Valley we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
