We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Crestwood Condominiums.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Crestwood Condominiums we can best know the retail value of your property.
