If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Cedar Crest Estates.
The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Cedar Crest Estates we can help determine the market value of your property.
