If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Woodbine_Woods_Resubdivi.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Woodbine_Woods_Resubdivi we will best know the actual value of your property.
