Do you need a tenant for a property in Hartwood?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to great rental management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty rarely has issues with renters that we identify.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome tenants because we've inherited difficulties from property owners who found their own tenants, or from property owners who have brought us renters from other rental management companies.
The key to leasing to a good tenant is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Hartwood.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Hartwood we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
