If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Woodlake Towers.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Woodlake Towers we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
