If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Westmoreland Square.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Westmoreland Square we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
