We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Spectrum Condo.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Spectrum Condo we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
