If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Sleepy Hollow.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
