If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Shreve Glen.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shreve Glen we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
