If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Mason Terrace.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Mason Terrace we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
