If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Lakeford.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Lakeford we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
