One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Chestnut Place.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chestnut Place we will best know the market value of your rental.
